Just thought of this, could be an entertaining affliction to deal with sometimes. When a target has the Spontaneously Combustible effect, each pulse is either something like, "Your body gets really, intensely hot for a moment," if nothing happens (roll a 6/sided dice, and any number 1, 2, 3 come up). And it displays on pulse, "Your body gets really, intensely hot flashes!", if nothing happens, but (6d , if rolling a 4, or 5). And it displays on pulse, "You feel suddenly light-headed as an intense burning sensation sweeps over your body!", if the 6d rolls a 6.
If it lands on the 6 roll, then according to level of the effect, (1-4), there is a chance that the affected character will spontaneously explode -- (inflicts fire damage equal to maxHP at level 1, double maxHP at level 2, and so on. This will allow some strategy to combat the effect by increasing fire resistance as well as effect cleaning abilities/potions.)
Anyone else think this would be a scary (holy fuck! I might explode!) and fun (ahhhhh someone debuff me!!! pleaaaase!) to add one day? Maybe fun to have pop up at some point during Beta?
