If flags are an easy enough way to add functionality broadly without scripts, then perhaps a HasNoAttack flag would allow me to build training dummies for the city guard to practice on, (to look cool,) and for players to test out skills without risking fights in town which might land them in jail one day.
Other uses for such a flag would be for scarecrows, statues, and any other large "item" that we want to be able to be engaged in combat. I can imagine this flag for special things created by rare and high level spells, such as maybe the top ice wizard of Toldara can create a giant block of ice that prevents going in a certain exit? Or perhaps the not yet developed "totems" could be NPCs which could be "busted" by attacking, rather than handled as items which doesn't make sense if they were ever usable in combat, perhaps?
Anyway, there may be some way to remove attacks already, but I've yet to figure out a way. Not a too high of priority thing, but could be fun.

Should be kinda simple to implement but maybe we can post-pond it a bit?

Sure, but I reckon it will be a useful thing around Beta Launch time, perhaps? Some status effects could be made around the logic as well? Similar to 'silence' for abilities, but it silences your physical attacks.
