So, I checked out the Story on the Wiki and was wondering if there are any plans for a general storyline moving forward. I am trying to put together a few quests, and while I can certainly do a few of the usual types, I thought it might be fun to start integrating some general story flavour into quests as well.
Aside from the Cataclysm being a part of the past (as well as the Angels, and the 'One'), the only other real story plotlines seems to be the neverending day (which I didn't and might need to tweak a few room descriptions that mentioned something about 'day or night'), and Toldara vs Bargof.
What other story hooks do we have out there right now that I might be able to use?

The complexity of the matter is less of the progression, and more of the integration: how much is needed, but what is too much. As for the Neverending Day, that story will progress and hopefully end right before official launch -- it's kind of analogous to the beta by design. One note on the twelve angels, I've added in 1 or 2 so far, but haven't documented it, yet. There are plenty of little story hooks, which are deep, but not represented terribly much, to allow for wiggle room between building and playing. Ideally we will give just enough lore and story to help players forge the progression, (with us as sort of dungeon masters). Does that make sense? The only lore I've worked on has to do with the Plains Bandits which have their place in that southern cave, and that's probably the angle I'd go from with the Savannah. Why are there a bunch of human bandits out there? How do they live? What influences have they had on the Savannah? My own thoughts on it are that they are a mix of country folks who were overtaken by the increase of undead in the lands, plus good ol' fashioned bandits robbing merchants and what not, plus maybe a few were outcasts from Toldara, but not tough enough to make it in Bargof. That reminds me of one other lore point that is equally as big as the other main ones: the undead. Afara hasn't revealed exactly what's going on with them, yet. I imagine that it will be a developing storyline -- and easy enough to relate to either of the other main points of story. Please, do not hesitate to ask for any clarification. Awesome! Glad you caught that; it's one of just two critiques I had for your savannah room descriptions. Great job!

Okay. Sounds like there is a lot to be hashed out in this regards so we'll see where things go

Story and Lore is not my expert and focus area so I'm happy that you guys help me develop it. I know it is important for the majority of the players out there.
I see no problems with you taking part of developing the main story line, but would also encourage you to create small stories within the game that may or may not be connected to the overlying story-line.
Undeads invading the world of Domdaria is a main plot line, though I have not really thought a lot about the cause. I guess it would have to be related to some of the angles out there that has "fallen".
