Hammered through quite a bit today and almost done the room descriptions. Just a bit of the forest and the main savannah road to go. Then onto the fun stuff.
Uploaded the changes to stage.

Great work doulos. Really ambitious descriptions! It will be fun to see you get the hands on some puzzles, quests and scripting!

Would I have your permission to add a small quest the runaway wizard girl in the Bandit Caves? I would like to work it into a longer quest chain in the Savannah.
If so, I'd also need access to that zone.

Been pretty busy at work, sorry. Basically have the quest lines all sketched out and need to figure out a few more items to have dropped by the boss npcs and rare npcs.

Sorry folks. I was assigned fundraising duty for my kids' speedskating club last week and continuing onto this week. Hours of raking gravel every day. I have watched a grand total of 42 minutes of television the past 2 weeks. Free time is very limited....haha.
Anyhow, I'll try and get done the questline I am working on asap.

Life has been way too busy for me you guys and I apologize. Might be best to take me off the Savannah project so that any final changes can me made. I am still very interested in being involved with this project but don't want to hold people up either and right now it's tough for me to squeeze in the time to get on it.

Thanks for the heads up! Stick around, and do what you can when you can. Health and employment issues have kept me from continuing the past month or so, so it will probably be some time before I get to Savannah. ;-) I reckon mid-summer.

Hey, I have done a bunch of work on the savannah quest chain lately, but wanted to know what the plans were for a couple NPCs.
Basically I want to have some sort of NPC in the bandit caves that would like to try and escape from the caves, but needs a player to go kill some thieves outside first. I thought either Jenny, or perhaps the little runaway teen wizard in the caves (my first preference), but wanted to know if there were already some plans in place for them. Thanks!

Superb! There was something I intended for Jenny Hayseed, but I forget. At the moment she serves to kinda make a joke for templar / fighter / thief that talks to her; perhaps leading to a player trying to join the bandits. If you can think of a better way to use her, go for it. The runaway teen wizards are alright to use too, but you do realize there may be multiple spawns of that NPC, so, depending on the quest it could be OK, or weird. Again, we don't mind if you can connect it to a quest.
I'm curious as to why this or these characters would want to escape from the plains bandits, as they kinda joined of their own volition / are misfits from Toldara. (Just make sure it's interesting and 'in character' for them. ;-) )
Please remember to change the 'thieves' in the savannah to being 'bandits', as we want to make sure that people don't mistake them for the thieves guild, etc., which will be a different faction entirely.

I could create a one off NPC to do this as well I suppose. Basically I am looking for an NPC that joined up, but now regrets that decision and would like to escape, but needs some help doing so. The quest I have planned basically spans the entire Savannah and I wanted to have a way to scoot players into those caves as well.
The runaways would not work due to multiple spawns so perhaps I should just create one small NPC in there specifically for this purpose.
I think most of the questline is done now (aside from this NPC), and then I need to test it and then balance everything.
